Rachael Scdoris
Rachael Scdoris Rachael Scdoris is a renowned sled dog musher. At the age of 21, she fought hard not only to compete in the 2005 Iditarod race, but also to finish the race, overcoming the disadvantage of being classified as legally blind! This is a remarkable feat of courage and endurance. Rachael Scdoris is regarded as one of the top 100 female athletes in America. She first learned about ColdAvenger® at our Portland, Oregon, trade show in 2007. She used the ColdAvenger® in the recent 2008 Iditarod.
